  Growing Up Together in Society (GUTS)

  GUTS is a collaboration of researchers from seven universities that want to understand how young people grow up in a complex society. The aim of the GUTS project is to investigate how young people’s brain and (social) behavior develop over a period of ten years.

  MRI has quickly established its diagnostic value for the field of neurology. The brain is relatively inaccessible with conventional methods, but MRI has enabled neurologists to correlate symptoms with changes in brain properties.

• Participate in research

  We investigate the ways in which we reach decisions, what happens when we are sleeping, or how the brain changes with aging. We are looking for people who are willing to undergo MRI sessions to help us in our research.
